Ronin
Movement based ninja/samurai platformer with combat is what I wanted to do but it ended up a lot simpler than I wanted.
The player is a ronin surviving through dangerous levels. Mechanics include moving, jumping, and dash attacking. The system responds with physics, enemy AI attacks, collisions, and damage from enemies.
Due to serious limitations this game has some complications like broken animations and a lack of access to the menu. The design process was very fast planned to be several levels and have different attacks but with a limit to capacity in the game those features were not implicated.
